Title: Relocation Coordinator
Location: Hybrid - Remote work with regular in-person visits to properties in Egypt
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Terms: Part-Time (with the potential for weekend work if required)
Summary: You will handle initial steps of the relocation process. This includes finding and visiting properties, negotiating leases, and setting up utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule property visits with owners/agents.
- Conduct thorough property inspections.
- Capture detailed photos and videos of the properties, surrounding neighborhood, and access routes for client review.
- Negotiate lease terms and ensure all documents are correctly drafted.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Egyptian real estate market and local services.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and maintain deadlines.
- Ability to travel frequently to properties within Egypt.
- Customer service experience with an international clientele is a plus.
